Because every report we deliver is built around your specific listing, work begins the moment you place your order. This is why all sales are final.
1Digital products and immediate delivery
All products and services sold by LITTLEBOOKA (Sampo Pro Oy, Business ID: FI31254601) are digital in nature.
By placing an order, you expressly request that the delivery of digital content and/or the performance of services begins immediately after purchase.
You acknowledge and agree that once delivery or performance has begun, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.
2No refunds
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once:
- access to the digital product has been granted, or
- delivery has started, or
- the performance of a service has begun.
3Customized and personalized services
Certain products, including but not limited to Reports, are customized based on the information you provide.
By purchasing such services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the service is tailored to your specifications
- work begins immediately upon purchase
- your right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has started.
4Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in cases where:
- the product or service was not delivered at all, or
- a clear and verifiable technical error occurred on our side.
All such cases are reviewed individually.
5Chargebacks
You agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
We reserve the right to dispute any unjustified chargeback and to provide evidence including:
- proof of delivery or access
- confirmation of your acceptance of these terms
- your express request for immediate execution.
